My journey to become a Psychotherapist was born out of the creative aspect of my personality, leading me to strive to know myself deeper. My path to becoming a Psychotherapist began many years ago with my own therapeutic journey. I was inspired by the change I was able to feel in myself. In the beginning I was reluctant to the possibility of change, unaware of who I was. Gradually over time, and with the freedom to explore myself in therapy, I was able begin the process of my own individuation. From this experience, I felt called to a career as a Psychotherapist.

I have a creative aspect to my practice and work especially with mythology, dreams, art and sand play therapy to access the deeper unconscious process. I believe that in some cases, going to the depths of our soul is the way to find the gold. I have a background in commercial business and construction and have a ‘worldly’ approach to my work. My practice incorporates aspects of group business dynamics and business culture. This helps with client career development and life achievements. I have background in sport and sport development, psychotherapy can be beneficial for those wanting to improve within their field. Mind, Body, Soul principle! I view therapy as a growing experience.

Along with this, helping people mature and understand their own process is essential for a happy and healthy family, work and social life. Talking through your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a psychodynamic and humanistic way. Maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice as per the UCKP and GPsyC Ethical Frameworks that I have agreed to.
